Q:Why should I park with Park on the Fly?

Park on the Fly allows you to park in convenient and legal parking spaces, providing you with peace of mind as you go about your day. Our coverage is growing daily, so the threat of being towed or ticketed is being reduced rapidly. Here are just a few of the many reasons to park with us:

  • Lower Prices: We are increasing the supply of parking available to consumers, thereby decreasing costs. This is the law of supply and demand at work.

Q:Is there a chance that I will get ticketed or towed?

As long as you’ve reserved a space using either the web system or the phone system and have pulled into a lot or space with Park on the Fly signs and markings displayed, you will be fine. Our enforcement partners receive real time electronic updates showing which parking spaces have been sold. Cars that have not reserved by web or telephone will be towed. Tow information is available at every parking lot.

Q:How much does it cost to park?

It varies. The hourly and or daily prices for each lot are listed when you reserve a space. Rest assured we are doing our best to bring you the lowest prices possible.

Q:When will I see the charge on my credit card statement or within my bank account?

You will see an authorization within the first 24-72 hours for the amount of the parking charge. This will vary based on your financial institution.

Q:What do I do if I have reserved a space online and one isn't available when I arrive at the lot at the scheduled time?

If you have time, call the towing or enforcement company that you see on the signs at the lot and they will promptly come by and locate the illegally parked vehicle and remove it.  You will have a space at that time.  If you don't have 2-5 minutes to wait for a car to be removed, we must still verify that you did not have a space available during the time block purchased.  The towing or enforcement firm will have to confirm this at the lot and tell us that your reservation could not be honored at the time you purchased.

Once that information is received and matched to your original order, a full refund will be processed, less any non-refundable transaction costs related to credit card processing.  These costs are very small.  Rest assured that we will make all efforts to get these funds back to you as fast as possible.

Q:What happens if I reserve a space and then I change my mind about needing it?

All sales are final so please make sure you need the space before reserving it. 

Q:Is it safe to enter my credit card information over the internet and telephone?
